No Tomato Salsa
  • 1 sweet red pepper (200g)
  • 1/4 white onion (70g)
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple (60g)
  • juice of one half lime (20g)
  • 1 tbs vinegar (25g)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (25g)
  • hot pepper to taste (3g)
Chop by hand, or use food processor. This salsa is so delicious you'll wonder why anyone would want to put tomatoes in it at all!

STEP 1: Prepare your ingredients and chop finely by hand, or using a food processor. If chopping by hand, add the vinegar and lime juice to the chopped vegetables; if using food processors, liquids can be added at the same time as the vegetables.
